Returns & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. This includes uncut lace, unbrushed hair, and original packaging.
Items must be initiated for return and postmarked within 5 days of the delivery date. After 5 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
Wigs with cut lace, adhesive residue, or signs of styling/wear.
Gift cards.
Final sale or clearance items.
Specific health and personal care items (adhesives, wig caps).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that banks often require a processing period before a refund is officially posted.
If you haven't received your refund:
Double-check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company.
Contact your bank to see if there is a pending transaction.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@crystalbellawigs.com.
Defective Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email us at sales@crystalbellawigs.com.
Gifts: If the item was a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Please Note: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
Recommendation: For items over $75, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please Read Carefully: All returns are subject to a thorough quality inspection. Crystal Bella Wigs reserves the right to refuse a refund or apply a restocking fee if the item is returned outside of the 5-day window, shows signs of wear, or is missing original packaging. Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that any unit altered (lace cut, hair colored, or glue applied) is strictly non-refundable.
